By downloading or using Farmstead ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1What Farmstead is
Farmstead is a bilingual reference app published by Eyes of Jasmine Farm, covering growing guides, disease and pest identification, and companion-planting compatibility for crops and livestock. It's built from field-tested knowledge gathered at our own model farm in Jerash, Jordan.
2Informational purposes only
The content in Farmstead — including growing guides, disease/pest identification, severity ratings, and companion-planting suggestions — is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not professional agricultural, veterinary, or horticultural advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified agronomist, veterinarian, or extension service for decisions that affect your crops, animals, or livelihood. You're responsible for how you use the information in the app.
3No warranty
We work to keep Farmstead's content accurate and up to date, but agriculture is local and conditions vary — we make no guarantee that any specific piece of content is complete, error-free, or suitable for your particular climate, soil, or situation. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
4Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyes of Jasmine Farm is not liable for any loss or damage — including crop loss, animal health outcomes, or other harm — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information in the app.
5Acceptable use
Please don't use the app to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or overload our servers, or to scrape, copy, or redistribute the app's content for commercial purposes without our permission.
6Intellectual property
The app's text, images, illustrations, and design are owned by Eyes of Jasmine Farm unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
7Third-party links
Farmstead links out to our own website and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, WhatsApp). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third-party platforms.
8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
